There was a strange clang when I first entered this wonderful Restaurant – it was the noise of my bottom jaw hitting the floor! Beautiful, lovely, fantastic; the list of enthusiastic adjectives simply run out. There is nothing in any language to describe how good this opportunity is. Last season the influx of diners could not be accommodated; hence the decision to build a 40 cover balcony outside, which has changed the entire presence and outlook of the Restaurant.The kitchen area and prep rooms are spotless; a testament to the attitude and high standards of the present family owners. Staff (who are all willing to remain) are friendly and attentive. The new outside balcony provides another dimension to what was already a superlative eatery, adding, as it does, a further 40 covers in splendid Al Fresco surroundings with views all along the Paphos coastline out as far as Agios Georgios. The Panorama offered by this business is priceless, and by itself is worth at least one visit by passing holiday makers, who serve to put jam on the otherwise regular bread from fraternisation by the local community (Mukhtar and family included).On top of all this, in the literal sense is a splendid 3 double bedroomed apartment of very generous proportions, with ample living accommodation including balconies with the same views described earlier. Fully furnished in good quality fittings and equipment throughout, it certainly offers a splendid home from home with lots of space to ‘chill’ after or during a busy day downstairs in the restaurant. There is lots of practical stuff here too, like a useful cellar for storage / laundry and staff facilities. A toilet visit is more like a stroll into a perfumery.
